Again, GC-heat presents two new products which will help to make yourapplications even safer and more variable:
The “GC-coil hermetic safe+” and the “GC-flex hermetic vario”.
The “GC-coil hermetic safe+” is the safest GC-coil ever. We have managed to
engineer a coil heater with a high voltage resistance of 1500V in a coiled state.
That almost doubles the industry standard. With these further improved electrical
qualities and the resulting increase of product lifetime, the
“GC-coil hermetic safe+” helps to improve production safety of your machines
better than ever. We are so convinced of the durability of our new heaters that we
grant you 3 years of exchange warranty. The “GC-flex hermetic vario”
complements our range of flexible heaters for tool heating. What’s special? The
one-side connection gives you more variability regarding the dimensions of your tool.
Manifolds for example can be designed more compact as the heater can end
anywhere in the manifold. You don’t need to bring a second connection back to
the connection area. Hence, also the unheated connection area can be reduced.
Also, there is an option for including a T/C inside the heater.
As all products of our hermetic range, also the two innovative products are equipped
with a hermetically sealed connection head. This prevents any liquids or gases from
being absorbed by the heater. Thus, they a suited perfectly for worldwide usage as
well as longer periods of storage or non-use.
